Orders can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for eligible reasons. Ineligible reasons include a change of mind, partner disagreement, discovery of a cheaper alternative, or similar non-service-related reasons. A 15% cancellation charge applies if canceled within 24 hours; a 25% charge applies after 24 hours. Customers must email cancellation requests via email at pixisflow@gmail.com
We value clear communication with our customers. All communication should be documented via the customer's registered email address. We will make every effort to contact you at least three times for order delivery. However, if there is no response within 7 working days, the project is deemed accepted, and refunds are no longer applicable. The money-back guarantee is only valid if it is responsive for 10 consecutive days.
Rest assured, our bank merchant services process payments via Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, and Pixisflow does not store card details on its systems. Merchant services handle recurring billing. In addition to these, we also accept cheques, bank transfers, and Discover Card payments via PayPal. All advertised prices exclude applicable taxes.
The Money-Back Guarantee is applicable only to design packages. Please note that once a design is approved and further revisions are requested, the Money-Back Guarantee is no longer valid. However, our 100% satisfaction guarantee ensures that we will continue refining your design until you are completely satisfied.

Pixisflow values customer involvement in the design process, as initial samples are rarely final. They serve as a starting point for refining ideas based on client input. Our Money-Back Guarantee protects customers if we cannot meet their expectations, but it is intended for genuine cases where we fail to deliver on our promise.
